The final outcome of the process was the production of the short film YOU QIERO BAILAR focussing on the lives of two of the IPPR residents Maria Luisa Franklin and Mario Morales. In the film memories about dance and dancing served as a trigger for the choreographic material devised by them. The film is doing the rounds in the international film festival circuit including being an Official Selection for the Latino and Native American Film Festival in the USA where it won the best film under the 'MUSIC, ART, CULTURAL & HEALTH' category.
The film was premiered in Puerto Rico on May 15 2025 as part of the Gala Opening of the Festival Videodanza de Puerto Rico 2025 at the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico.
